Hey all,

I'm sorry for being an idiot lately, but GS is right I am 24 today and I'm going to grow up now and stop being so immature. I've now got a job as a web designer and the guy I'm making a site for said he'll help me set up my own web design company, so this is all fun and new. I won't be back on WoW just yet, that absorbs far too much time and I don't want to slip into bad habits just yet.

I've been trying to get a website working for ages now which will mimic how Thottbot used to look, but for now I've only got the forum data and even this is in a crummy looking table. Now I've worked out a few things on it I'll throw it into a nice forum layout like GS' and make it look prettier, but for now it's just what it is:

I should give you a heads up if you go to that site I linked, it's the complete raw forum data from the old thottbot forum from August 2007-August 2009 spam and all. I haven't altered anything so please don't go clicking on wow gold links then blame me that you got a virus on your computer, be sensible please.

I'll get around to moving it to a hosted forum system on the weekend to make moderating it easier, and then to bringing in the item comments too, the forum has 68k posts and takes up 13mb, the comments have 1,614,653 posts and are 860mb... so in reality it'll take me ages to get all of that sorted =<

And apologies to R3 and mel, it seems you two came to the old thottbot after Aug 2009 so none of your posts seem to be on there. I've emailed Zam asking for any other remaining later backup of Thottbot.com, but I think that's just wishful thinking now.

Do you want to be hosted with me? It will be 100% free and you will have total control over the site and the SQL. Mind you, the server is Linux/PHP and the DB is MySQL.

There's a more recent snap shot of the old site here. You need to click the ">" on the main menus to navigate and unfortunately some threads are still missing, but it's better than nothing.

I'm currently copying some posts across, and Mel that backup has some of your posts too.
